Launched 4 Major Projects: 
• Changi Groupbuy - Designed a PWA for the airport community to enjoy bulk purchase discounts with a CSAT score of 84%, ease of use of 92%, and a notable improvement in NPS score from 0 to 40.

• Skytrain 2.0 - Automated security monitoring of unattended bags with video analytics, significantly reducing operational steps by up to 83%.

• MAST - Enhanced data capture and reduced baggage mishandling with a user-friendly PWA, creating 230 wireframes and improving operational efficiency by 40%.

• AHCS - Newly revamped campaign system for travellers to redeem e-Vouchers before their arrival into Singapore.

Senior Associate, UX Designer - DIVA, EUXUI

As the in-house UX Designer for iShopChangi, I support both the Marketing department and the UX/CX team by leading and facilitating design and user experience enhancements. 

My primary responsibilities include overseeing the UXUI design for enterprise and collaborative projects, such as the Changi Millionaire 2023 microsite and the ATLAS B2B admin portal and rewards terminal.

I actively participate in collaborative projects, notably planning and conducting prioritization workshops, aiding in foundational UX research, and leading the initial design of the iShopChangi iOS and Android applications’ design system, wireframes, and prototypes. 

Additionally, I have spearheaded enhancement projects for eight key features on iShopChangi.com such as the Promo Page, Global Filter, and Search Feature revamp, significantly enhancing the platform’s user interaction.

In the realm of marketing creatives, I have produced over 8 EDMs and managed more than 600 marketing adaptations to bolster promotional efforts. 

Furthermore, I have played a crucial role in identifying key UX metrics and constructing an Adobe Analytics dashboard to meticulously track UX and marketing effectiveness.

The primary role of a cabin crew personnel is to ensure the safety and comfort of their passengers throughout the flight, whilst providing impeccable customer service.

We are also required to perform safety and security checks throughout the flight by consistently facilitating open communication with crew members and cockpit crew.

Additionally, we are trained to respond quickly during medical and safety emergency situations by immediately utilizing knowledge and conflict resolution skills.

As a cabin crew during the coronavirus pandemic, majority of our flights were removed. In order to combat the income loss, we were allowed to seek secondary employment. 

I used this opportunity to work as a Product Designer for several Cryptocurrency DeFi projects seeking to build a presence online through their responsive website and mobile application. 

I worked directly with the product owners and conducted market research, competitive analysis, planned and conducted user interviews, designed the Information Architecture (IA), sitemap, content and User Interface (UI) of their websites.

Lead Product Designer for an iOS and Android geofenced-based application with the objective of leveling the playing field of communication by removing the social stigma around race, religion, and skin color by allowing users to communicate and share interests anonymously.

During the design process, I conducted primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, designed the Information Architecture (IA) of the website + mobile application, and eventually built a working prototype using InVision. I also worked closely with the developers from Pakistan to ensure design requirements are met.

Currently, I am a UX Designer at Changi Airport Group (CAG), overseeing the end-to-end user experience for innovative projects and design initiatives. My role involves comprehensive UX research—discovery, user interviews, surveys, guerrilla testing, data analysis, and usability testing—as well as designing wireframes, prototypes, and conducting UI Quality Assurance.

Over the past 2 years, I have successfully led 8 end-to-end B2B & B2C projects, including Progressive Web Applications, Microsites, Admin Portals, and extensive projects like Changi Groupbuy and Changi Millionaire (2023 & 2024), reaching audiences in the millions.
