At our The Shape of Work awards day, we invited Akshita Tiwari (She/Her) to share a quick perspective on employee wellbeing.

We asked one focused question.

What is the real relationship between employee wellbeing and retention?

Her answer stayed with me.

She said definitely there is a relation and went on to mention something that am going to carry forward is "You need to take care of the employees, for them to take care of company"

What she said next was even more powerful in the context of startups.

In early stage and growth companies, employees are expected to take ownership, move faster, and solve beyond their role. That level of ownership needs support.

That line captures it perfectly. Taking care of people is not separate from building the company. It is how the company is built.

If you are serious about retention, wellbeing cannot be treated as an extra initiative. It has to be part of operating culture.

Here’s why.
At Clientell, we’re building AI agents that manage Salesforce instances. Think of us as the future of Salesforce administration. We have enterprise customers across the US, and we need someone who can sit at the intersection of Salesforce expertise and customer success.

The role: Associate Salesforce Consultant
You’ll work directly with our US-based enterprise customers. Understanding their business, designing digital transformation plans, and working with our dev team to actually ship implementations. This isn’t a “gather requirements and throw it over the wall” role. You own the outcome.

What I’m looking for:
→ 1-3 years of real Salesforce experience. Admin, developer, consultant, BA, RevOps. I don’t care about the title, I care that you know your way around the platform 
→ Excellent spoken English. You’ll be on calls with US CXOs, not writing tickets → You’re comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and can prompt your way through problems. We’re an AI company, this isn’t optional 
→ CPQ experience? That’s a massive plus 
→ A technical degree is preferred but won’t be the reason I say no to a great candidate

What you get:
→ ₹12-15 LPA + ESOP consideration in a fast-growing, funded startup 
→ You’ll be our 2nd consultant. You’re not joining a team, you’re building one
