As an executive technology leader with over 25 years of experience, Peter Kuipers boasts an impressive track record of driving operational performance, executing business transformations, creating disruptive digital platform companies, and leading global finance teams at scale.

Peter is the Chief Financial Officer of Clover Health (Nasdaq: CLOV) leading all financial aspects of the Company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and capital management driving financial performance and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency. 

As Executive Vice President and CFO at Omnicell (Nasdaq: OMCL), Peter provided financial leadership and strategic vision, helping the company scale from $480 million to $1.3 billion in revenue. Beyond the CFO mandate, he had direct leadership responsibility leading a team of 1,300+ including the Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Information Technology, International Business, Corporate Development and M&A organizations – critical pillars in transforming Omnicell into a cloud based platform and SaaS/Tech Enabled Services market leader.

Recognized with the 2018 SF Bay Area Public Company CFO of the Year award, Peter has a proven model of developing world-class finance organizations. He implemented a strategic, partner-centric operating approach at Omnicell – enabling commercial, operational and technology breakthroughs.

As CFO at The Weather Company and Quantcast, he provided financial leadership driving profitable double digit revenue growth through capital allocation, digital platform development, and global expansion.

In prior divisional CFO and executive FP&A leadership roles at Yahoo!, Altera (acquired by Intel), GE, and Akzo Nobel Peter implemented world class financial management and operating rigor to drive business execution at scale. He started his career at EY in audit, IPO services, and M&A due diligence.

Peter has an extensive M&A background, IPO and fund raising experience – managed over 30 transactions with deal values ranging from $20 million to $70 billion, and raised $2 billion+ in equity, publicly traded debt, and credit facilities. He holds a MBA, is a licensed CPA, and completed executive leadership development courses at GE’s Crotonville and Harvard Business School.

Matthew DeWald provides CFO advisory services for clients looking to transform accounting information into improved operational results. His experience includes identifying simple and scalable IT solutions that help manage transactional data and helping companies to easily close the month-end books.

Previously, Matthew was the Vice President, Controller for priceline.com LLC (representing more than $1 billion of gross sales).  In this role, Matthew focused on process and financial improvement opportunities, strengthening internal controls, and supervising a team of accountants and IT professionals of various levels of experience.

Matthew was an audit senior manager in KPMG’s New York City office, specializing in publicly traded companies in the communications and technology industries.

In June 2011, Matthew completed a three-year roation in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice (national office), where he focused on a number of accounting and reporting matters such as income taxes, stock compensation, revenue recognition, and XBRL.

He has approximately 15 years of experience in auditing for technology, retail, telecommunications, and manufacturing companies.  Matthew has experience with several publicly held U.S. businesses with experience auditing multi-national and multi-location clients with SEC-filing requirements.

Matthew completed a fellowship with the FASB, where he led a project to update the XBRL US GAAP Taxonomy for current filing issues and trends.

Matthew received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Pace University in New York.  Matthew is a certified public accountant in New York State and North Carolina.
