inspired by Sascha Meier and his longevity/health protocol, here's what I've been doing that helps me perform better in sales, sports, and life in general 👇

training:
- 2 days of weightlifting + 1 day of calisthenics + 2 days of cardio.
- also try to walk before or after work every day.
- recent change: started doing most of my calls standing up to avoid sitting all day. maybe a walking pad for the standing desk? 👀

nutrition:
- aim for a 1/3 balance between protein, carbs, and fats (with protein taking priority).
- try to keep ultra-processed food to a minimum

recovery:
- 30 mins of sunlight a day does wonders (sorry, northern europe).
- sauna at least 1-2 times/week
- reading before bed drops my heart rate fast, and i'm clocking 8+ hours consistently.
- also testing Yoga Nidra, which is basically lying down lmao

in short: i optimize for sleep, training, and nutrition.
 
anything i should add to the routine? always open to new experiments 👇

I'm treating this quarter as if it only had two months; holiday season is here and for most people the end of November and December will slow down your pipeline, so plan accordingly and act with urgency.
