Authored, developed, implemented and facilitated enterprise-wide legal technology training enhancement, policy compliance and new hire orientation programs for McMillan's lawyers, paralegals and legal support staff. Author and Instructional Designer for the firm's LTC4 legal technology competency certification program.

Milestones:

Through the concerted efforts of myself and the rest of the Learning Development Department team at McMillan, the entire firm's Legal Support Service Department has completed three assigned LTC4 Legal Technology Competencies – Information Technology Security, Working with Legal Documents and Time and Billing. 

With this milestone, we have over 141 legal support personnel who have earned their LTC4 Certifications in IT security, timekeeping/billing  and legal document production.

Developed a custom, comprehensive legal technology education program for lawyers and support staff  in the City of Vancouver's Legal Services Department as part of a long term modernization/transformation project.
