I agree, we're well past debating whether AI will impact legal work. It already has, and that impact will keep growing. The bigger question is what it takes to properly scale it inside legal teams, with trust and accountability being front and center.

His point that meaningful adoption still runs on trust, predictable delivery, and accountability (when things get real) is dead on. If you’re building, buying, or delivering AI-enabled legal services, I’d recommend a read.
