• Developed a multi-turn voice-based conversational AI (Natural Language Understanding, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS)) with Rasa and Azure.
• Built, evaluated and deployed Transformer-based NLP pipelines
• Trained, fine-tuned, evaluated and deployed STT and TTS models
• Supported project management with resource allocation and requirements engineering
• Mentored and onboarded other data scientists and developers
• Ran regular product demonstrations for senior client stakeholders
