Sahil and Ashish Aapan run MuzzleFlash Digital, a YouTube agency for B2B SaaS companies.

Sahil described his mornings before taking the Predictable Scale course: "Every day I would come into my office and spend two hours figuring out what I need to do next. Shall I delegate this task? Hire someone? Do more marketing? Set a goal? And when there was some sort of fire burning in the agency,  I'd [have to] put aside whatever I decided was important. After a week, I wouldn't even remember what the goal was." 

Ashish had a name for it. He called Sahil a "fidget spinner."

Chapter 2 in the course fixed their mornings by forcing one decision they'd been avoiding: who are we actually for?

They'd been telling themselves they'd help any business make YouTube their top acquisition channel. They thought that optionality was the right strategy, so they didn’t have to turn anyone down.  But, realized that every type of client you keep the door open for costs you focus, message clarity, and the ability to build the right systems.

They made a 90 day commitment to their ICP: "Even if it's too narrow — that's 3 months. If it doesn't work out, we'll adjust."

To market to this ICP, they did a YouTube channel audit for Databox, a B2B SaaS company that matches their ICP profile. (Watch it here, it's really impressive: https://lnkd.in/e27PRRhV) That single post generated 20 inbound calls.

From there, they used ICE-T — a prioritization framework included in the course — to cut their marketing initiative list to one thing. As Sahil put it: "With the help of ICE, we sort of deleted all the noise. We don't need to do outbound. We don't need to create daily LinkedIn posts." 

The course also teaches how inputs, outputs, and outcomes connect — and how results lag behind the work. So he did the math: "[If] I want to achieve $2,500,000 ARR, my audit series can get me there with 4 audits a month."

They applied this directly to how they explain the impact of their services too: views in month one, first-touch clicks in month two, last-touch signals by month three. As Sahil put it: "When we explain this to our clients, they are like — okay, we are now aligned, and we are ready to pay you for at least 3 or 6 months." That narrative shift helped them move their new contracts to 12+ months.

The course also taught them how to connect their strategy with an actual plan that cascades down to every team member. Their team now understands why their work matters and how it ties directly to growth (company + personal). Even their contractors want to work full time. Because they finally had clarity on how their work connected to something bigger.

Hi! 👋 I’m Aidan—a floral stylist and founder of Things From Gardens, a studio rooted in creative design and storytelling.

After 7 years in fast-paced SaaS, I shifted gears to recover from burnout and reconnect with creativity. What began as a grounding personal practice (gathering seasonal stems and arranging them at home), has since evolved into my full-time work and business: offering conceptual floral design for events, businesses, and homes.
