Focused on the company's energy and financial products and tech offerings sold through inside sales, direct to home, retail, homebuilder and dealer channels.

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

Content marketing. Led the content, brand strategy, PR and corporate communication for the organization’s headquarters which raised $400 million annually for 170 children’s hospitals in the United States and Canada. Served as editor in chief, working to identify, create and cultivate content, and determine options to amplify that content, to better position children’s hospitals as the top children’s charitable cause. Oversaw the content development budget and master editorial calendar. Develops relationships with celebrities, influencers and major brands, including Fortune 100 companies in support of their CSR, PR and employee engagement goals. National media spokesperson. Served on the org's operations team to run the day-to-day business and remove roadblocks.

Oversaw the 20+ person Awareness team of public relations, creative services, celebrity relations, video production, media buying, social media and internal communication pros for this charity that raises funds and awareness for 170 children's hospitals in the United States and Canada. To-date, CMN Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion. Our Awareness team conducts public outreach for CMN Hospitals campaigns and events, working on cause marketing campaigns with senior leaders at our 80 corporate partners including Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, Delta Air Lines, Marriott, Disney, Chico's FAS, Ace Hardware, Dairy Queen, Rite Aid and RE/MAX in support of our $350+ million annual fundraising. We support CMN Hospitals programs and events including the gaming fundraiser Extra Life, college & high school-focused Dance Marathon and test concepts from the Cause Innovation team. I also manage our relationships with media partners including NewsCorp and its business units, including FOX Television, Twentieth Century FOX and FOX Home Entertainment; the OOHforGood to place thousands of out-of-home advertisements across the United States; and US News & World Report.

Worked closely with senior staff at The White House and on Capitol Hill while overseeing the CMN Hospitals Champions program in which one Children's Miracle Network Hospitals patient from each state serves as an ambassador, representing all of the patients treated by our member hospitals in their area. Champions traveled to Washington DC where they share the important work of children's hospitals with Congressional representatives and often the President of the United States. They also attended the CMN Hospitals annual Celebration at Walt Disney World where they inspire corporate, hospital, media and celebrity partners.

I was named a Utah Business Magazine 40 Under 40 Business Leader, earned an MBA from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Southern Utah University, and was able to study journalism taught by a Nieman Fellow at Harvard as part of my undergrad. I love setting and hitting big goals, problem solving, and coaching and mentoring teammates to success!
