Led the transformation of the global social media strategy for the organization. To date, this has included a complete audit of our social media strategy, presence, operations, and policies.

Delivered end-to-end support (planning, on-site execution, reporting) for Dynatrace Perform global conferences. Social performance has experienced significant YoY increases in all owned/earned media categories including engagements, mentions, and impressions. The event-specific hashtag for Perform has achieved trending status on Twitter 2018-2020. 

Championed the LinkedIn Elevate Employee Advocacy program. I worked with the LinkedIn Elevate team to roll out a pilot program to the organization that led to full integration. I am currently running the day-to-day operations of the program. Results from the program include increased organic traffic to .com, more page views, and increased session duration over the organization's paid social traffic, along with increases in participants' LinkedIn metrics (profile views, connection requests, engagements with insights) and company page metrics (followers, job views, job applications and "influenced hires"). 

Led the transition from LinkedIn Elevate to PostBeyond social advocacy program. 

Provided training centered around social media best practices that dive into how individuals can use their personal social media (as well as an employee advocacy tool like PostBeyond) to generate new business and increase both organizational and personal brand.

Used social media listening tactics to gauge customer sentiment, discover potential sales leads. As the organization progressed toward and ultimately completed an IPO, used these methods to ensure the company is compliant with all guidelines. 

In lieu of a dedicated copywriter and content editor, served as a key contact for editing/publishing of blogs to Dynatrace.com.

Beta tester for potential new LinkedIn updates and features, including company pages and LinkedIn Live.
