As someone who firmly believes in the profound impact of balanced nutrition and a mindful lifestyle, I've witnessed the toll our fast-paced world takes on health.

In the hustle of climbing the corporate ladder, people often neglect their well-being, leading to chronic lifestyle diseases. 

Bridging ancient wisdom with modern science, I stand by the idea that the body can heal itself with the right environment – the magic combo of correct nutrition and lifestyle.

I've had the privilege of coaching CEOs, senior management executives, and students across 7 countries, guiding them to shed fat, put diabetes in remission, manage high cholesterol and hypertension, and cultivate healthy habits.

As an associate member of The School of Natural Health Sciences, London, and a Yoga teacher training graduate from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, I bring a holistic blend of knowledge to the table.

Honored as a 'Health & Well-being Advocate' by the Integrated Health & Wellbeing Council (ICW Council), which is India’s leading not-for-profit organization dedicated towards healthcare, nutrition, mental health & environment.
