GTD Estonia (Brightwork OÜ) is the  license owner of the GTD® (Getting Things Done) program in Estonia. Born out of passion to introduce GTD and other modern self-management practices to individuals and organizations in Estonia, Brightwork aims to help everyone in their journey of self-improvement.

With the help of other volunteer-colleagues we brought the organization out of its low point, improved communications with its partners, improved budgetary inflows. I envisioned IT solution that improved effectiveness of fund-raising and oversaw (PM-ed) its creation.

Kui tunnitasu muutub fiktsiooniks: märkamisi Eesti tarkvarasektori riigihangetest.

Viimasel kuul olen vestelnud kümnete tarkvaraarenduse juhtidega nende hinnastamise ja skoopimise praktikate teemadel. Üks muster paistab selgelt silma: meie riigihangete turg on jõudnud punkti, kus tunnihinna-põhised võidud on muutnud kvaliteedi mõõtmise peaaegu võimatuks.

Paljudel hangetel nähakse tunnihindu 30-35 eurot, so hinnatase, mis ei kata reaalseid kulusid. Samas märgitakse, et aeg-materjal hinnamudel ei oleks probleem, kui poleks teadlikku valetamist. Viidatakse praktikale, kus sama arendaja aega arvestatakse mitmele kliendile paralleelselt.

See on huvitav illustratsioon mehhanismist, mida uurisin oma magistritöös. Kui ainus mõõdetav on tarbitud aeg, siis süsteem loob surve seda aega moonutada. Kui aga klient maksab tulemuse eest (näiteks e-pood, mis töötleb 1000 tellimust päevas, 100000 tootega tootekataloogi sirvimisel vasteaeg 500ms), muutub mitme projekti paralleelne vedamine isegi võiduks - klient saab oma tulemuse kiiremini kätte.

Praegune olukord ei ole süü ainult teenusepakkujates ega tellijates. See on süsteemne tagajärg hinnastamismudelite piirangutele. Aja eest maksmine eeldab täielikku usaldust ja järelevalvet. Fikseeritud hind jätab kogu skoobi riski arendajale. Tulemuse eest maksmine eeldab selgeid, mõõdetavaid väljundeid.

Küsimus pole moraalne, vaid struktuurne: millist käitumist meie hinnastamismudelid julgustavad?

Huvitav oleks kuulda sektori inimeste kogemusi ja vaatenurki.

Viisime Joosepiga läbi AI-agentide arenduse koolituse Holm panga tarkvaratiimidele. Leppisime kokku tagasiside-põhise hinnastuse - mida parema hinnangu klient annab, seda kõrgemat hinda on ta valmis koolituse eest tasuma. Selline hinnamudel motiveerib meid pidevalt koolitusi täiustama ja annab osalejatele selge signaali: maksate ainult selle eest, mis tegelikult väärtust loob.

Tulemus: keskmine hinnang 8/10!
