I provided strategic consultancy and mentoring for senior corporate learning leaders, supporting them to achieve and maintain LPI Accredited status for their L&D operations. My clients included SpecSavers UK, Dyson, Ricoh, Motorola, HCA Healthcare, Nomad Foods, Lidl, Kwik Fit, O2, River Island, and BAE Systems.

I also provided mentoring and strategic consultancy for commercial learning provider businesses, supporting their leaders with positioning, business and operating model development, and marketing strategy in order to achieve and maintain LPI Accredited status. I worked as an advisor to the LPI’s leadership team to help evolve the LPI Accreditation proposition and business model.

Tesco

I led the strategy to develop the capabilities and learning culture in the Tesco marketing team to support the turnaround of the UK business. Defined the technical skills required in each team within the marketing function (+300 employees) and identified a set of best in class learning and training partnerships to collaborate with. The team developed a framework of learning opportunities for colleagues to grow their skills and improve their performance around an "Education", "Environment" and "Exposure" model.

Head of Capability (Group Marketing)

I managed the development programme for the Tesco Group Clubcard loyalty scheme. Collaborated with senior stakeholders to build a roadmap to create the first Group wide approach. Programme Managed the integration of UK and international Clubcard capabilities into a simpler centralised platform. Led my team to create  operational processes, training materials and team structures to enable local deployment in countries.

Senior Change Programme Manager (Group Loyalty programmes)

I managed the programme to develop a group wide approach to the way we do retail marketing at Tesco. Worked with subject matter experts to create a consistent, scalable  operating model for marketing. Developed the processes, IT requirements and supporting tools for in country teams to move to a new way of working. Managed the connections between the marketing function and the  wider Tesco Operating Model; commercial, store operations, finance.

Seconded to the UK Marketing team, I programme managed a complex cross functional change project which was implemented in every UK Tesco store.
