✨ Do you need to make a necessary change? ✨

It’s been a while since I shared something personal, but I wanted to use my wellness journey to illustrate a powerful truth; sometimes, real growth starts with a change of environment and new influences. 🌱
  
➡️ On the left is me 9 months ago at PureGym, where I’d been an inconsistent member for 5 years. I had big goals, both physical and mental, but something wasn’t clicking. I enjoyed working out, but didn’t look forward to going to the gym. I planned my sessions but lacked confidence in my knowledge. I’d even take work calls from the gym changing room mid workout (🙈), and despite my effort, the results felt slow, and the stress, constant.
  
After a year of deliberation, I decided to invest intentionally in my wellness and joined Third Space 🏋🏽‍♀️. It wasn’t a small decision, the monthly cost is nearly as much as my rent, but I knew this change was necessary to reach my full potential.
  
Part of my signup included 2 discounted PT sessions. I’d always been told personal trainers were “a waste of money,” but I took the leap, and now, with 1 (sometimes 2) PT sessions a week, I can honestly say it’s been one of the best investments I’ve ever made 🙌
 
➡️ On the right is me last night, hitting a PB on my RDLs using a barbell; something I’d been scared to pick up for years 💪. In just 2 months at Third Space with Reginald Ochonogor, I’ve made more progress than I did in 5 years on my own🙏. I’ve gained confidence in my workouts, found a trusted mentor and friend, and finally discovered what it means to truly destress (the spa helps 🧖🏽‍♀️).
 
All it took was stepping out of my comfort zone and into a new community🤗.

This week my feed has been flooded with Building Design+Construction Media’s Top Data Center Architecture & Engineering Firms for 2025; and I’m proud to see so many of my clients in the Top 10! 👏

Let’s break down the highlights and see who’s rising, who’s holding strong, and who’s making surprise moves this year 👇

⚙️ Engineering Highlights
◾Last year, Jacobs dominated the top spot, but Burns & McDonnell came in hot this year with a +93% jump in project revenue, taking #1. 🔥 Could Jacobs’ drop be tied to RTO policies or restructuring?
◾A new entry from last year’s Architecture ranking, Woolpert, has burst into the Top 5 with an impressive 111% increase in project revenue. 🚀 Will they double down on engineering investment to stay there for 2026?
◾One of the biggest surprises: Kimley-Horn, up 4 places and boasting a 161% increase in project revenue. 💪 They’re known for happy, well-compensated engineers, so it’s no wonder they’re thriving. Are they the one to watch next year? 👀

🏗️ Architecture Highlights
◾No shocker at the top; Corgan, HDR, and Gensler remain the power trio 🥇🥈🥉 But could HDR or Gensler close the gap and challenge Corgan in 2026?
◾Stantec had a massive year, up 2 spots and posting a 204% increase in project revenue. 📈 And with their acquisition of Page, could they be gunning for the #1 spot next year?
◾A familiar face crosses categories, AECOM, moving over from Engineering with no change in revenue but up 1 rank. 🤔 Coincidence, or proof of long-term project depth and loyal clients?
◾The biggest leap across both lists? Arcadis! A jaw-dropping 254% increase in project revenue 🤯, up 3 spots and now solidly in the Top 10.
