Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage sales and marketing activities, business development, finance, recruitment and training.

* Establish and retain relationships with merchants and dealers across New Zealand and Australia, and identify new business opportunities within the market.

* Present products and services to prospective clients within the market, utilising most efficient sales methods.

* Deliver exceptional customer service through facilitating technical and non-technical issue resolution to clients.

*Designed and implemented strategic sales plan for Green Gas, an importer and distributer of gas fireplaces and appliances, to successfully grow the market in New Zealand.

*Supported the transformation of distribution channels and client base from end users and tradespeople to merchants and dealers, facilitating greater volumes of product to be sold.

* Monitored the performance of 4 Sales Representatives, providing training, coaching and mentoring.

* Worked collaboratively with local representatives to devise and implement marketing strategies.

* Participated in marketing to generate more business and develop brand awareness, including Google adverts,Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and billboards.

*Attended and presented at 10 home shows located around New Zealand to generate brand awareness and business development opportunities.

* Presented sales reports and realistic forecasts to the Company Director, providing commentary and facilitating evidence-based decision-making with senior management.
