The now-defunct business's core operations were in transcription, which was one of the first problems tackled successfully by A.I.  Plus running a small business, even a writing business, entails more account and operations management than writing.  So now I focus exclusively on strategic writing and marketing.

My years as a professional musician give me an innate understanding of the rhythm of language, as well as the confidence to be both seen and heard.
