- Facilitated numerous co-creation and design thinking workshops, design sprints and profession away days.
- Hosted the ‘Design for Voice’ workshop as part of Leeds Digital Festival 2019.

- Implemented Lean UX methodologies as part of the discovery and product design process.

Produced HTML/CSS and Flash content for the Rollercoaster (kids) section of the site. Projects included actionscripting for Cartoon games and creating a media player in Flash.

Responsible for the design of all on and offline media, including website, company logo and business cards. Acted as usability consultant for the company’s software development team, advising on UI and user experience issues.

I focus on collecting insight around user needs to filter to all areas of a business. By balancing business objectives and with the needs of the user, I help design better outcomes. 

My work spans diverse challenges and customers. I’ve built and led design / research teams at Sky Bet and Goal, and in my 23 years in this industry I’ve worked with Orange, NHS, EE, ABC and some pretty cool start-ups (that will soon burst on the scene).

I covered the UK and ensured monthly targets were met with new partners going live and driving on-going income through relationship management. I worked closely with our independent retailers to foster a healthy and profitable relationship after bringing them on board. I managed a strategic partner in Northern Ireland to cover the expansion of our network locally. I travelled to Ireland and Edinburgh for meetings and present at AGM’s, marketing events and exhibitions.
