Tasked to manage the organization's social media accounts, and oversee the creation of all traditional and non-traditional promotional materials, and all forms of documentation. Also closely supervised the Creatives and Documentations teams to ensure a smooth flow in the organization's projects.

Tugon advocates against the existence of child sexual abuse and abandonment in the country. We organize and facilitate activities that suit the developmental needs of the children and foster the recovery and growth of the survivors. By raising awareness, we engage and empower the community in the prevention of these realities.

Communications Director

Lead the Creatives Team of one of the organisation's flagship projects, Adoption Awareness Month (AAM). As the Creatives Team Leader, my responsibility is to oversee the planning and execution of all traditional and non-traditional promotional materials to be used for the event. I also closely communicated with the other teams in order to ensure alignment for the overall direction of the project. 

AAM 2019 aims to further widen the reach of the organization's advocacy, and to shed light on the realities of child abandonment in the Philippines in order for people to know and normalize that adoption is always an option.

• Coordinated with sales team daily through frequent phone and email conversations to ensure Dealerships got the best possible solutions for their needs. Assessed designs for QA standards for each project completion, and maintained file database compliances.

Designing websites for local and national clients with CSS3 and HTML5. Worked on internal communication pieces for the design team, designed the cover for the YP Style Guide. Worked closely with customers to deliver quality content as well as design elements for brand continuity, built mobile sites with Duda Mobile Platform. Working within Salesforce to collaborate with the sales team, creating project workflows, and client consultations.

• Assisted in Garnering over $100,000 in sales with the design of Newlife Industries Fall Ad campaign within one month of its initial launch-2010. Created and Managed flag ship site’s overall design and content structure. 

• Created wireframes, layouts, online concept development and internal employee incentives under extremely tight deadlines. Used typography and layout on a regular basis with InDesign for formatting, calibrating, and pre-flight files from pre-press to press.  Designed media rich advertising elements for both print and web mediums specific to B2C enhancing brand awareness. 

• Implemented and oversaw photography composition, photography editing, and photo restoration. As well as implemented direct product conceptual development while optimizing quality assurance. Collaborated with Program Manager on a regular basis in production of online programs and internal data structure. 

• Consulted with new and existing clients creating unique solutions under very tight time constraints. Worked within a team environment to brainstorm, collaborate, and design ideas in a fast-paced high volume environment.

•    Uploaded digital files to networking systems and FTP from remote locations while tackling additional company objectives. Performed all company related duties both relevant in irrelevant to job specifications.

•    Created interior design material for the corporate office in Atlanta GA and working alongside company’s CEO and Chief Creative Officer while turning constructive criticism into promising solutions. 

•    Managed a broad range of graphic design projects for print and web time bound integration strategies including Action Script 3, Animation, Layout, Marketing Collateral, Websites, Print Banners, Print Posters, Logos, and Interactive Maps.

US Navy

Worked Aboard the USS Nimitz CVN-68. Worked in the Officers Galley as well as the General Mess (Galley). In charge of leading a small team to restore the officers quarters by cleaning them out and making sure they were safe to live in. In the General Mess, I was a chef and helping to make 3 meals for over 2,000 per day. In the Officers Mess I served Captains, catered special dinners, and served the band Blink 182 and the entertainer Conan O' Brien.
