The kind where you toss salt.

But you know what guarantees nothing?

In salary talks, this kills your leverage.
Reveal just enough to keep control.

2️⃣ Prisoner's dilemma

Defecting seems smart short term.
But trust beats ego over time.
High-trust teams out-earn lone wolves.

3️⃣ Nash equilibrium

Everyone acts based on others' moves.
You play safe, so do they.
Someone must break the pattern.

4️⃣ Repeated games

One-off wins don’t build careers.
Consistency builds your rep.
They watch how you play, not once, always.

5️⃣  Signaling

Your actions speak louder than words.
Credentials, posture, response time, all signals.
Make them count. Or others will.

All are common. All are framed as deficits.
But look at what the data actually says.
