Most people think grit and hard work are a magic wand. 

It's not. Many people learn it the hard way. 

Exhausted. Burned out. Hopeless. 

But there is a better way. 

Starting from the basics. 

Cutting out all noise. 

That starts with your mindset too. 

You need to cut out :
- The thoughts you are not enough. 
- The fear that you don't deserve it.
- That you can’t do it. 

Then you have to cut the noise outside your life:
→ Meetings without direction
→ Tasks that look busy but move nothing
→ “Urgent” requests that aren’t yours to own

And Everything that eats up your time. 

High performance isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing less of what doesn’t matter.

Be clear on your targets
Have :
* One agenda for every meeting
* One main task to achieve every day
* One main goal to reach every week
* One milestone to reach every month
