I am a Fee-Only financial advisor who takes great pride in acting on behalf of my clients. This means I have a responsibility to put my clients' interests well before my own in all recommendations.

At the core of our relationship is a custom financial plan geared toward life events such as retirement, wealth transfer, business succession, and asset protection.

Communication is key.  In addition to regular phone calls and emails, we will establish regular face-to-face meetings, typically 2-4 times per year.  Regular contact ensures a much higher probability of finding true meaning and success in your wealth.

From the rugby field to the boardroom, my journey has always been driven by a passion for strategy and problem-solving. As the Owner and Managing Director of two thriving industrial companies and an advisor and board member of LBO Corporation PLC, my professional story is one of growth, resilience, and teamwork.

In 2022, I took a bold step and acquired East Anglian Fine Weld (EAFW), a company in distress. It was a challenging period, but through strategic decision-making and a deep commitment to understanding the core issues, we managed to turn the tide. Today, EAFW is flourishing, having grown by 60%, and boasts a strong management team that drives the company forward. Every job was retained, and the company’s spirit was revitalized.

The success with EAFW fueled my ambition to expand further. In December 2023, I acquired PTFE Applied Coatings. Currently, I'm immersed in building a dedicated team and accelerating the company's growth, using the lessons learned from my previous ventures.

My approach is simple: stand on the shoulders of giants. I believe in learning from the best, understanding problems deeply to find effective solutions, and fostering a collaborative environment. These principles have been the bedrock of my career.

Beyond the business world, I am an avid rugby fan. The sport's values of teamwork, strategy, and perseverance resonate with my professional ethos and continually inspire me.

The goal is always to keep things professional but friendly. By creating a collaborative environment and leading with a clear vision, everyone is encouraged to grow and innovate. The aim is to make sure everyone feels empowered to contribute and succeed together.

Looking ahead, the journey is about building a larger group through a buy-and-build strategy, driving substantial industrial growth. It's an exciting path, full of opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed as a team.
