Lauralii Ceramics is my freelance project but also my passion. 

I make my ceramic wall art mainly by using high fire clay, glazes and using plaster mold. 

I draw and carve the pictures to the plaster, then press the picture to clay. Each wall art piece is unique and decorated by hand with glazes and glaze mixtures.

I’m passionate about analyzing correlations between actions and results in business.   In the summer of 2021, I graduated as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). After a long career in retail, I decided to take the next step towards the new industry of digital marketing. I'm currently working as a paid search consultant.

My long experience in retail has taught me how to set goals, follow up and evaluate the results. Sometimes bad results tell more than the good ones. During my years as a Store Manager, I heard the saying “goal without a plan is just a wish” and I believe in good planning before executing.

I’m a self-starter that has a straightforward approach to the world. I have a special love for finding solutions to problems. Work in retail was often constant problem solving and putting out fires. That is why I enjoy a dynamic work environment with a lot of variations and a fast pace. I’m perseverant and setbacks don’t affect my motivation.
