Who I am
I’m Pascal Wagner.
→ I’ve personally invested over $3.3M across 20+ private equity deals since 2019 – in funds and syndications across private credit, self‑storage, oil & gas, multifamily, and strategies like development, value‑add, and lending.
→ I’ve built a portfolio that now pays multiple six figures a year in passive income for my family.
→ Before Grow Your Cashflow, I was a fund manager for Techstars, where I helped deploy over $150M into early‑stage tech companies.

I work with accredited investors from “I’ve never done a private deal” to 20–30+ LP deals who still don’t have a repeatable system.

The common thread is moving from “a lot of money and information but no clear plan” to “I know exactly what I own, why I own it, and what it should pay me.”

Hello I'm Sharon. I've taken different road in life. I quickly grew out of being a free labor kid for my construction worker dad. Dad always had an infinite number of home improvement projects.  Still...never enough money!

I worked my way through college (BAAS and MBA). Many of you have done this too!

I build companies and I am a self-made multi-millionaire. I'm so passionate about getting the most out of my life!  Travelling to unique destinations, continuously experiencing life-long learning, attending the Dallas opera, giving back to select charities, becoming a podcaster later in 2025, and having fun too!
