Who I am
I’m Pascal Wagner.
→ I’ve personally invested over $3.3M across 20+ private equity deals since 2019 – in funds and syndications across private credit, self‑storage, oil & gas, multifamily, and strategies like development, value‑add, and lending.
→ I’ve built a portfolio that now pays multiple six figures a year in passive income for my family.
→ Before Grow Your Cashflow, I was a fund manager for Techstars, where I helped deploy over $150M into early‑stage tech companies.

I work with accredited investors from “I’ve never done a private deal” to 20–30+ LP deals who still don’t have a repeatable system.

The common thread is moving from “a lot of money and information but no clear plan” to “I know exactly what I own, why I own it, and what it should pay me.”
