I’m Pascal Wagner.
→ I’ve personally invested over $3.3M across 20+ private equity deals since 2019 – in funds and syndications across private credit, self‑storage, oil & gas, multifamily, and strategies like development, value‑add, and lending.
→ I’ve built a portfolio that now pays multiple six figures a year in passive income for my family.
→ Before Grow Your Cashflow, I was a fund manager for Techstars, where I helped deploy over $150M into early‑stage tech companies.

I work with accredited investors from “I’ve never done a private deal” to 20–30+ LP deals who still don’t have a repeatable system.

I played it safe doing everything I was told by society to do. Got a highly desired medical device sales job with a large reputable corporation. I had it all... the company car, 401k, health benefits and at a young age. Saved my money while I nickel & dimed everything for years... Then one sunny afternoon while I was having the best day of my career, It happened.

BOSS: "Brandon, I no longer think you are a fit for us."

ME: (long awkward pause)... what do you mean... are you letting me go?"

BOSS: "Yes we are letting you go.. and I hope you learn something from this."

Just like that my cozy corporate career was over.

My boss was someone I looked up to and admired.

He was highly respected mentor. 

I felt like I was being abandoned. ​​​​​​

Medical device sales was my dream. 

This is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. 

To me, I wasn’t just losing a job. 

I was losing my sense of identity.

That day I learned an important lesson.

Nobody was going to look out for my financial well being but me. 

So I started a life coaching business. FAILED.

Started a motivation blog... FAILED.

Started a "how to break into medical device sales course." Another FAILURE. 

Then I started learning to invest in real estate. 

At first I made all the mistakes.

Drained my retirement accounts.

Hired the wrong people.

Lost money on investments.

Fumbling around figuring it out.

Paying the "dumb tax."

This went on for years.

But I kept learning and making adjustments.

Years of learning paid off. 

I did over 187 investment transactions.

Now. we develop affordable housing communities in Nashville, TN.

Through real estate investing I discovered my “why.”

“To create as many unforgettable life experiences with those I love.” 

Now I travel 6 weeks a year. 

I go on "history" themed trips with my mom (she's a history teacher.)

My brother, sister, and I create annual sibling adventures across the country.

Annual father son trips to places my dad has always wanted to go but could never afford. 

Real estate has been the tool for me to access freedom. 

Now I'm on a mission.

To assist others to free their time and do the things they want, when they want, with who they want using real estate as a tool to get and stay there.
