1. Leadership is one of my passions. I support Ingka Centres' leadership development by planning and delivering leadership training, such as SLII (situations leadership), coaching for leaders, etc. I am also responsible for Ingka Centres' coaching pool.
2. Being analytical is one of my top strengths. So every year I dive into the huge data collected in our coworkers' development plans in my area, unearth their learning needs, and tailor-make learning solutions to cater to top learning needs in my area. 
3. "Don't have time to learn" is one of the top challenges in the learning industry, Together with my colleagues, we developed an effective learning journey approach, and refined 80% of our existing learning solutions to make them more effective by adapting a 70/20/10 approach. 
4. I am the change superuser in our organization. Empowering coworkers to be resilient, and better at navigating the unknown is one of my responsibilities.
5. Support Ingka Centres' DEI agenda by supporting our equality, diversity, and inclusion leader to deliver top-notch learning solutions in this area.
6. Support coworkers' performance management and talent development process by helping our talent leader with coworkers' yearly performance review and development talk, including content and process preparation, content delivery, evaluation, and development plan analysis. I am also the key player at Ingka Centres' skills development following the People Operations Transformation/POT.
7. Support Ingka Centres' sustainability initiatives by exploring and designing learning solutions that empower coworkers in the ESG area.
8. Be in charge of our internal coaching pool, coaching others while triggering more curiosity about coaching, and empowering coworkers to become coaches.

In 2011, just when I least expected it, I was offered a position to work overseas in Sweden. Back then I was the first Chinese coworker in the IT department who was offered a position without even a face-to-face interview. 

In 2014, against all the odds I received an offer for my first leadership role as an incident manager. People were surprised as I was the quiet one among the many applicants.

In 2017, I was appointed as team manager for a global IT infrastructure team. As the youngest and only Asian woman on the leadership team, I started my journey of leading an international engineering team with 22 coworkers in Sweden, America, China, and India.

In 2022, I successfully changed my career path from IT to HR. I am forever grateful to people who trusted me with this opportunity even though I had no academic background or experience in the field.

In 2024, I was evaluated as a senior in the new field I stepped into 2 years ago and was appointed to be a key movement leader, driving one area contributing to our company's 3-year strategy.
