I led teams in multiple departments, increasing operational efficiencies, curating menu copy and promotional signage. I also helped develop several other managers to become top performers in the company and move into other more notable roles to grow their careers in the outdoors recreation industry.

Worked as a security systems installation contractor and door-to-door sales. Sold & installed systems upon call. Installed equipment such as; outdoor/indoor cameras, smart locks, security panels and sensors, doorbell cameras, and other smart home accessories. In charge of teaching customer how to use system and setting up custom preferences. Also worked as a service technician fixing issues with installed systems and helping maintain good customer relationships.

Worked as a security technician upgrading and selling 3G cell units. My duties were to drive a company vehicle to various parts of Colorado, maintain equipment stock, set schedules, assist customers with technical problems, install new cell units and schedule new services.
