In 2023, Joseph was among the 70 top finalists around the world out of 1004 contestants in poetry at the International Academic Prize for Poetry and Contemporary Art Apollo Dionisiaco Rome 2023 by the International Academy of Signification, Poetry, and Contemporary Art, in a training agreement with the University of Roma Tre, accredited by the Lazio Region, registered in the register of Roma Capitale, of the Municipality of Canale Monterano, and promoted by the 'Italian Cultural Institute of New York.

Being a salesperson and a storyteller, he gets paid for using the power of storytelling to train companies and organization's staff to become an inevitable asset, a true brand representative or employee to retain and uphold their branding worth, culture, integrity, and value. He believes and has shown the power of storytelling in community development and volunteer work, schools, etc.

Joseph is on a quest to instill excellence and positive impact in the corporate world, academic space, community, and beyond through storytelling. His diverse skill and experience set across sales, teacher, food scientist, processor, engineer, academic researcher, and poet to become an Avatar have made him irresistible.
