I work in all areas of the front of house. I  am responsible for the following:

Hostess -This includes preparing for arrival guests and ensuring the check in process for guests goes smoothly. 

Concierge-This includes booking activities or restaurants for guests before arrival to the hotel or during their stay at the hotel. Creating a unique or memorable moment.

Cashier-This includes billing and check outs for guests. 

Shift Leader Supervisor-This focuses on managing fellow champions and ensuring that the day runs smoothly from the arrival to the departure aspect. In addition, I am responsible for completing the credit  check for the hotel and ensuring all accounts are correct.

Front Office Designated Trainer- I am responsible for training new employees to the Front Office department.
