End of 2016, by a lucky accident, I found a new dream for myself. Make a living online.

4 years later (a time filled with learning, failed experiments, and consumed content), still no revenue or audience.

Then I stumbled into the idea of communicating through visuals. I loved it and pursued it seriously.

6 months later, I felt momentum and left my corporate job. 1 year later, my visuals brought in more money than I made in my 9-5.

My dream to make a living online was complete. I’m feeling very grateful writing this.

Now I spend my time learning, creating, and teaching.

Unsure how to work with a neurodivergent person? We’re writing a book about that, just for you. But we need your quick help with one small thing…

In thousands of conversations with neurodivergent people, a concerning pattern emerges: expertise and labels are prioritised over listening and lived experience.

Instead of being given space to think, people are often given suggestions, unhelpful advice, or outdated models, leading to a “one size fits all” approach. This can create an unhealthy power imbalance, erodes psychological safety, and creates a culture of fear, especially in the workplace.

The last thing you want is to be the cause of that!

The solution isn’t expensive training or becoming a neurodiversity expert. It’s to listen, connect and lead with awareness.

Lens Not Label is a conversational guide for managers, leaders and coaches who want to overcome their discomfort and fear when working with neurodivergent people.

It’s for those who feel pressured to acquire knowledge but suspect their situational awareness is more valuable than certified expertise.

If you want the confidence to truly connect — without labels, jargon and clunky models — this book offers fresh and effective ways of working with neurodiverse talent.
