Lead an organization in Amazon Retail Consumer Electronics that builds scalable features for all of Retail. Team built and supported the Compare With Similar Items table on the detail page, the In House Installments feature that allowed customers to pay for products with installments, and a Guided Search feature for mobile that provided a better UX for customers filtering down search results.

Lead all engineering, product, sales & marketing departments that deliver custom workflow, document management and portal solutions to clients. Hands on product/engineering work for key projects that drive high priority client relationship growth.

I have worked with startups as well as large organizations, and I have experience with managing/mentoring both ICs and managers. I have led teams in delivering products from ideation to launch and have experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of a project.
