Ornua is Ireland’s largest exporter of Irish dairy products, exporting to c.110 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Dublin, it has annualised sales of over €2 billion and has a strong global team of c.2200. It operates from 19 business units worldwide, including 14 production facilities, and has sales and marketing teams working in-market across all four corners of the globe.  I am currently based in Kerrygold Park, which is Ornua’s new state of the art manufacturing facility and centre of excellence for the Kerrygold Brand.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•	Managed the Recruitment process – getting roles approved, advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, organizing assessments and interviews, conducting interviews, corresponding with candidates, reference checks, collating offer letters etc. 
•	Acted as a Subject matter expert on Ornua’s HRIS (SAP) for the Kerrygold Park site. This involves administering the Kerrygold Park fortnightly payroll (Core) and reporting on HR metrics.
•	Spearheaded Kerrygold Park’s Wellness Campaign and fundraising initiatives. 
•	Collaborated and partnered with other functions, such as Finance and Operations, for flow of relevant people information.
•	Represented and advised on employee relations issues e.g.  investigations, disciplinary and performance, ensuring fair procedure and compliance with legislation.    
•       Responsible for influencing and providing timely expert advice to line managers regarding the application and interpretation of a wide spectrum of issues, providing effective management of ER cases, engaging key stakeholders and developing solutions with expert advice.
•       Proactive in driving efficiencies in cost by identifying opportunities and creating HR plans to support successfully realising any cost saving potential

•	Management of various leave processes including sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave and terminations etc.
•	Led and delivered on specific HR projects whilst working to strict deadlines.

•	Ensured accurate records are kept in line with GDPR and audit requirements.
•	Supported the payroll process and benefit administration through external providers. Liaising directly with our external providers.

•	Assisted in the administration of Ribworld’s Recruitment. I have also conducted a large number both of interviews both in person and via Skype. 
•	Prepared all induction material for new recruits and delivered the company’s induction programme.

•	Accountable for completing and producing documents relating to animal wellbeing.

Previously, Victor worked with R3WILD, a decentralized platform enabling global ownership and protection of African wilderness, as a Community Manager. He also contributed to RChain Cooperative as a contractor, focusing on weekly debriefs publication and micro-influencer outreach, which helped him develop strong organizational skills in content curation, brand development, and social media strategy.

In July 2020, he was awarded a scholarship from the Blockchain Center Miami to pursue a professional blockchain certification program, after which he began developing a blockchain-based voting solution. He is now an alum of the Blockchain Center Education.
