I joined Optiweb when it had 20 employees, and in seven years, it grew to 70 employees. HR did not exist back then, and HR practices were also non-existent. My task was to build all HR from scratch. From the beginning until today, I have also been a part of the leadership team, contributing to all strategic decisions at the company level.
