Responsible to lead entire Easy Taxi operation from zero. Studied the market to understand the taxi industry in Panama, research competitors and identified the best model for the business in the country. 
Adapted the app for the culture needs of Panama in order to optimize the user experience.
Builded a team to run the day to day operations, including: Managing, costumer care and taxi acquisition team.
Was responsible for all the needs to start the company, from office renting to the legal process to start in Panama.
Leaded the team and reported to the global CEOs and investors on a daily basis.

Panama Country Manager

Responsible for the structuring of Easy Taxi global online marketing in more than 20 countries and 5 continents.  Advisory for the country managers about passenger and driver acquisition. Hired and managed a team to deal with online marketing, offline marketing, PR, CRM and social media.  Planning and execution of strategic partnerships with other companies.
