The trap with perfectionism is that it looks like quality, but it behaves like cost.

Cost in conversations that run too long and decisions that arrive too late.

Cost in teams that interpret your expectations as pressure rather than a way to make people better.

The paradox is that under real pressure, the difference rarely comes from that final micro adjustment.

Pushing the conversation forward instead of rewriting the same sentence (and yes, I have rewritten entire emails because one comma felt wrong).
