I work on designing and implementing automation-led approaches to data privacy compliance, translating regulatory requirements into workflows that teams can actually run day to day.

My focus is on operationalizing privacy across areas such as:

→ Consent management
→ Data principal rights management
→ Vendor risk assessments
→ Cookie consent
→ DPIA workflows

All with the goal of helping organizations meet DPDPA requirements without introducing unnecessary friction into business operations.

My work sits at the intersection of regulation, process design, and technology. Instead of treating privacy as a documentation or checkbox exercise, I focus on embedding compliance into real systems, roles, and decision flows - in a way that remains robust, auditable, and defensible.

I’m particularly interested in the practical challenges that emerge at scale:

→ Managing consent consistently across systems
→ Responding to rights requests efficiently
→ Structuring vendor risk assessments
→ Embedding DPIAs into existing project lifecycles

When done well, automation reduces manual effort, improves accountability, and allows privacy to operate quietly in the background - rather than becoming a constant blocker for teams.

I believe sustainable compliance comes from well-designed systems, clear ownership, and tools that reflect how organizations actually work - not from checklists created purely for regulatory comfort.

A woman who has made the biggest impact on my career is my mom.

- She taught me to be kind and help others whenever I can.
- She pampered me enough so that my only focus could be my work.
- She gave me whatever money she had, which eventually gave me the cushion to take risks whenever needed.

Reality of AI startups in Bangalore:

Raise $10M
Burn $10M
Do $5M revenue

Pay influencers to convince the internet we’re a $60M ARR startup.

This creator charged us a bomb, but we were happy.

- Known for perfection
- Aesthetic content
- Very strict with rules
- Strict advance clause, even though we had worked with this agency before without an advance

We received the script as per the timeline.
Not a single thing was missed as per the brief.

The script was clear, with a strong flow. You could see the effort  it must have taken her a full day.

No feedback on the script from the brand.

The shoot happened as per the timeline.
Loved by everyone  literally.

Approved in one go.
Got good views and was loved by the audience.

Some people charge a bomb, but they justify it.
This proved that commercials are priced for the brand impact, not by CPV.

How do I know founders have the same ghostwriter?

I’ve seen at least 16 people writing about the exact same subject with the same angle.

Thought leaders for a reason..

From reels, I have figured out there are two types of people living in Dubai 

- One who buys real estate 
- One who sells real estate

If I had known entrepreneurship was this hard, I would never have started.


High BP, anxiety, extreme financial risk, and what not 

that’s all true.

But for me, it’s still better. I don’t have to prove why I didn’t do an MBA and can still do well.

It’s better than any exam or performance review.

And it’s definitely better than seeing someone get more recognition just because of their gender.

We work with iconic brands, and here are a few of our learnings:

- They take a lot of shots, literally many, and they are not afraid if some of them fail.

- They move with speed. Even when they are large organizations, they prioritize speed.

- Good content protects them. When the content works, it gives them confidence even in front of their seniors.

- They do seeding consistently and are not afraid of being called out for experimentation.

- They trust their partners. We are still a fairly new company, yet they trust us with meaningful budgets.

- They onboard partners after experimentation. This experimentation phase can last anywhere from one week to three months.

- They do not over-question pricing once they see value.

- They do have budgets, but they do not waste them. Every campaign is structured to find outliers, even with something like a 5K test budget.

- They work with great partners. Of course, partners like us at Mello.

Iconic work isn’t built on transactions.

It’s built on trust, compounded over time.


Only then can you take a bullet for someone.

Instant human customer support is going to be a moat in this AI world 

~ at least for fintechs.

Things I have been proven wrong about in the last few weeks (and what I learned from it):

- Nano infotainment creators – I used to think there weren’t enough nano infotainment creators and had almost denied their existence unless a brand had already collaborated with them. I wouldn’t say all of them are great, but they do exist and it’s definitely possible to run campaigns with them.

- Nano travel creators – Same logic as above. I assumed there weren’t enough of them, but that assumption was wrong.

- Restaurant launches – Going all in with 40–50 creators in a city at the same time (or within 2–3 days), including both small and big creators. I was actually surprised by the hype brands managed to create. Earlier, I used to think we simply didn’t have enough food creators to pull something like this off, but that has been proven wrong. In fact I was scared of the ops. But damn, they pulled it off. 

While I’ve been proven wrong on these, I’ve also learned a lot over the past few weeks.
