For 15+ years, I was a Life Science teacher, mentoring students, and building a career in academia.

Following the "safe" career path.

But behind the scenes, life was anything but stable.

Personal losses, severe family trauma, and relentless mental health battles took their toll. Just when I thought I had regained control, workplace burnout hit like a wrecking ball.

I needed a way to rebuild, reinvent, and rise.

I started writing.

Fear and self-doubt were my daily companions.
I had no experience, no audience, and no credibility.

I spent two straight years devouring books on psychology, productivity, and business. My perspective shifted. I realized that words weren’t just words—they were leverage.
