And that right there is how good 
teams end up solving the wrong problem 
very efficiently.

Because when no one is clear on why 
the data is needed, the analysis becomes decoration.

Slides get made.
Charts look impressive.
Everyone nods in the meeting.

But nothing really changes.
I’ve seen teams celebrate traffic growth
while revenue stayed the same.

I’ve seen engagement wins
from users who never planned to buy.
Not because the data was wrong

but because nobody asked 
the right question first.

Now anytime someone asks me,

I gently push back with:

What decision will this help you make?
