I’m Onyinyechi Obi, a strategic data analyst who helps FinTech, SaaS & HealthTech leaders turn data chaos into confidence so they can make bold, evidence-based decisions with speed and certainty.

From growing up as a house help in Nigeria to earning an MSc in PR & Marketing Communication and becoming Google-certified in Data Analytics, my journey taught me two truths:

At TPLPI, I lead systems-focused and community-led research projects on HIV, gender, and reproductive justice. My work supports evidence generation for health equity and policy advocacy initiatives in Nigeria. 
I co-design qualitative tools and conduct mixed-methods analysis using NVivo, SPSS, and STATA to assess complex themes like stigma, community agency, and access to services. 
I also co-author abstracts, present findings, and support knowledge dissemination through workshops and convenings. My role integrates technical research tools with feminist principles to produce high-quality, policy-relevant insights.

Research Officer

As a freelance research consultant, I lead evaluation and research projects across gender, education, and health sectors using participatory, feminist, and equity-driven approaches.

I design digital and paper-based tools for data collection, conduct analysis using STATA, SPSS, Excel, and produce tailored MEL reports for diverse audiences, including donors, practitioners, and community leaders. 
I also use NVivo to code and synthesize complex qualitative datasets from community consultations and interviews.
My work emphasizes ethical research practices, learning facilitation, and inclusive knowledge sharing.

Independent Research Consultant

CHEVS | Queer Youth Collective

At CHEVS, I supported the implementation of feminist and participatory MEL systems across youth-led, queer-focused programming in West Africa. My role contributed to tracking impact and learning for community-centered sexual health and rights advocacy. I designed MEL frameworks, co-create digital data tools (Excel, Google Forms, KoboToolbox), and managed performance tracking systems. 

I also developed interactive dashboards and translated findings into strategic learning products using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
I conducted literature reviews and used data synthesis methods to inform advocacy and systems-level interventions.

Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

University of Uyo

Supported postgraduate and undergraduate research development in education measurement, policy analysis, and student outcomes. I contributed to the design and analysis of student-led research, including tool validation, literature reviews, and field data processing.

I also facilitated academic research mentorship and trained peers in the use of SPSS for statistical analysis and interpretation. 

This role grounded my early interest in evaluation, data analysis, and inclusive education research.

Postgraduate Research Assistant

Hello and welcome! I'm Victoria Ajinomoh, a feminist Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research & Learning (MEARL) specialist working across education, gender equity, and public health. With a background in political science and a Master’s in educational measurement and evaluation, I bring a decade of experience in designing, leading, and scaling community-led research and MEL systems that drive equity-focused impact. My approach blends rigorous data collection with participatory and feminist methods to ensure programs not only work, but work for the people they are meant to serve.

My work spans:

1. Education - Evaluating learning outcomes, inclusive education, and teacher training interventions.
2. Gender - Tracking social norm change, agency, and rights-based programming for women, girls, and LGBTQ+ persons.
3. Public Health - Conducting intersectional research on HIV, sexual health, stigma, and health-seeking behaviours.

I have led or contributed to:
- Feminist MEL frameworks tailored to grassroots and national contexts.
- Outcome mapping and contribution analysis in complex, multisectoral programs.
- Research and evaluation for NGOs, collectives, and community-based organisations.

Currently open to consulting or full-time opportunities focused on MEL, research, or program learning, especially where systems-level transformation, inclusive evidence, and equity are priorities.
