Als Assistant to CCO verantwortete ich das zentrale Leadmanagement der COSMO CONSULT Gruppe und koordinierte die Verteilung aller Leads an unsere dezentralen Vertriebsstandorte. Ich entwickelte und implementierte einen unternehmensweiten Lead-Prozess in Microsoft Dynamics 365, der als Grundlage für eine datengetriebene Umsetzung diente. Zudem war ich aktiv in der Leadgenerierung tätig und fungierte als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Microsoft Company.
