Heute Morgen gab es für mich den absoluten "Ist das geil?!"-Moment.

Mattia hat mir mitgeteilt, dass ich (für mich vollkommen unerwartet) in den Top 50 Sales People 2025 der SDRs of Germany Community gelandet bin.

Und ganz ehrlich: Das ist eine echte Ehre. 

Warum?
Zum einen, weil diese Liste nicht auf Rampenlicht, sondern auf Community Votes basiert. 
Zum anderen, sind das einfach Menschen, die selbst jeden Tag im Grind stehen und das Beste aus sich und ihren Rollen/Teamkollegen rausholen. 

Das ist genau das, was diese Community auszeichnet, Leute und mittlerweile auch viele Freunde die Sales nicht nur machen, sondern leben.

Für Sales bedeutet der Jahresendspurt vor allem Deals closen und das Attainment noch einmal pushen. (Viel Erfolg 🔥)
Für mich startet der Endspurt anders.

Für mich geht’s im Rahmen meiner globalen Enablement-Runde auf eine kleine, aber wichtige COSMO Europa-Tour.

Nicht, um Tools zu erklären.
Nicht, um Prozesse runterzubeten.
Sondern um zu hören, was sie brauchen.

Zu verstehen, wie wir gemeinsam besser funktionieren und sicherstellen, dass wir als Einheit ins neue Jahr gehen.

Ein letzter Sprint bis Weihnachten, bevor ich auf meine Asien-Workation aufbreche  😝

Für viele ist Paris die Stadt der Liebe – für mich war es letzte Woche der Ort für einen COSMO CONSULT Workshop.

Wer kennt es nicht? Andere Märkte, andere Herausforderungen, aber am Ende doch die gleiche Mission: kundenorientiert arbeiten und unsere Prozesse sauber aufeinander abstimmen.

Kurzer Trip, klarer Fokus, ehrliche Gespräche und ein bisschen Zeit für Sightseeing 😁 

Solche Sessions zeigen mal wieder, wie wichtig echter Austausch im internationalen Setup ist.

Diese Aussage trifft mich ehrlich gesagt selbst am meisten, aber ich habe ihn Austausch mit Christoph beim Go To Network Podcast selbst gesagt, weil er zeigt, wie schnell man in alte Muster rutscht.

Wir haben über alles gesprochen, was im modernen Sales schief laufen kann:

- Touchpoints, die mehr verwirren als helfen.
- Automatisierung, die Empathie ersetzt – statt sie zu unterstützen.
- Warum Customer Success kein „Service-Desk“ ist, sondern ein Wachstumsfaktor.
- Und warum Sales und CS eigentlich ein Team sein sollten – nicht zwei Welten.

Wenn du Sales neu denken willst – weniger Ego, mehr Kunde – dann lohnt sich die Folge.
