I hold a postgraduate diploma in professional marketing from CIM, the world's leading professional marketing body, and I've got multiple certifications in digital marketing tools and services.

As a community builder, I’m passionate about supporting aspiring, transitioning, and experienced product managers in developing their careers and growing within the PM community.

Sumit has successfully delivered enterprise-level matrix projects/programs ($20M+ in budgetary responsibility) covering the rollout of a PaaS Identity Access Management (IAM) tool, RBAC implementation in 2 major units of a company, Enterprise user login, Airline Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) launch, Airline working as a GDS (Global Distribution Service), Airline seats a-la-carte & seats upsell, Airline Ticketing & Refunds, Airline Connection Carrier Portal, Airline Connection Carriers Flight Reporting, Airline Connection Carriers’ systems development & integration essential for first flight, Establishing an automated & traceable supply chain process in Airline MRO for parts shipment/repair/procurement.

As a Product Strategist, Sumit played the role of a Product Manager / Enterprise IT-Business Consultant bringing about enterprise-level solutions covering RBAC implementation, Airline Customer Loyalty, Airline Ticketing, Airline Interline EMD, Airline Cargo systems, Airline MRO, and Airline Flight Operations. 

As a people manager, Sumit has successfully led a team of 20 IT consultants (in Atlanta, GA) and 80 IT consultants from offshore (India). This included people management, performance management, budget management, and P&L for his portfolios (it yielded $10M annual revenue with 36% profitability).
