I hold a postgraduate diploma in professional marketing from CIM, the world's leading professional marketing body, and I've got multiple certifications in digital marketing tools and services.

— I Facilitated the creation of the Product Requirement Document, user flows, product roadmaps, wireframing, prototyping, and product backlogs. 

— I also led and Coordinated 5 team members (which included Frontend Engineers, Backend Engineers, Mobile Developers, and the quality assurance teams) and assigned tasks using agile management systems (which included Miro and Trello) and collaborated with other product managers to ensure the smooth running of the development process
