Dear founder, creative, consultant, or coach, 

It took me more than 12 years of experience in design, coding, and working with big companies to discover the secrets of creating websites that make money.

And then, something unexpected happened.

I discovered Webflow 🥁

The most comprehensive no-code websites builder

I decided to break away from traditional coding. Walk away.

But, before I could. I had a hypothesis

I strongly believed that assisting others in creating websites without coding would be a valuable skill. That no-code tools would play a major part in the creative's future and my success.

So, in early 2018, I dedicated myself to mastering Webflow.

Now, as a business owner, I utilize Webflow to create inspirational digital products that help millions of people upskill and reskill.

Over the past 5 years, I have achieved remarkable milestones and accolades, including:

◾ Creating eye-catching websites that grab attention.
◾ Optimizing website performance for faster loading.
◾ Designing responsive layouts for seamless viewing on different devices.
◾ Boosting conversion rates with intuitive and user-friendly designs.
◾ Adding custom animations and interactions for engaging experiences.

*Designed and executed the communication plan for PDO leadership Engagement for 350 members of the PDO leadership team with the presence of the Minister of Mineral and Energy.

*Coordinated the change management activities of the digital transformation program in PDO.

*Coaching staff on the fundamentals of change management to certify them in the Thriving in Change model.

*Organized knowledge-sharing sessions to share successful change management experiences among the change management community of practice.

* Designed the newsletter, logo, corporate communication announcements and posters for the projects (1500+ stakeholders) 

*Promoted special events and announcements by using posters and mailers as part of change management activities.

*Organized and facilitated the quarterly meeting for the project services section.
Managed the Gemba Walks for the leadership team members as part of Lean initiatives in the project delivery section.

* Support users to resolve the issues related to Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using ITIL standard framework.

This involves crafting the right messages tailored to diverse stakeholders, identifying key individuals impacted by these changes, and executing robust communication plans to raise awareness across the organization. One of my proudest achievements has been leading the corporate communications for PDO’s first-ever Hackathon. This monumental event brought digital transformation into the spotlight, generating a buzz across the organization. I spearheaded the creation of over 30 collateral pieces, including drafts, social media posts, and content for various internal channels. Today, I am honored to lead the change management activities for PDO’s digital transformation journey, helping bridge the gap between innovation and adoption.

Today, I received a recognition for my role in change management in launching our enterprise generative AI platform, ADAM 2.0


But the real credit?
It belongs to the team behind it.


Change management became smoother.


When there is a project team that put their soul into the journey.


In just two weeks, we enabled 620 colleagues through:
→ 4 awareness sessions
→ hands-on support
→ continuous follow-up




And here’s the truth.
Awareness is only the beginning.
Adoption takes time.
Engagement takes consistency.
And people need space to explore, experiment… and eventually unlock the full value of ADAM.



↳ Change doesn’t happen in a click.
↳ It happens through continuous learning and repeated exposure.

In change management, distance doesn’t divide us it connects us.



Co-hosting the Change Management Community of Practice with Thuraiya Al-Battashi, 
a reminder that learning has no borders.




We were joined by two inspiring leaders Priscilla Dunant Maurits  and Vicky Brouwer-Carew (ICF ACC, CTA-CPC, Assoc. CIPD) who brought real, raw stories:




From Philips , transforming 70,000 people to agile ways of working.




From Shell, lessons in resilience and psychological safety.




They reminded us that:

- Taking care for ourselves and staying full
- is the way to transformations.
- Transformations thrive 
- When psychological safety is built for teams




That’s what the Change Management Community of Practice is about.




Courses are great.
But hearing real challenges in action , that’s what truly sticks.



I’ve been leading this community for two years now.
