حقيقة الشباب السوري كتير ناشط على لينكدإن وعم يزداد حضوره بشكل ملحوظ.

انا شخصيا عم بزيد عدد الأشخاص السوريين اللي عم ياخدوا معي جلسات فردية.

حدا ما بتعرفه ولا بيعرفك، ولا حاطتلك لايك او تعليق مرة بحياته، ويمكن منه connected معك أصلا بيجي وبقلك بدي اشتغل معك وبيعطيك $١٠،٠٠٠.

هيك بكل بساطة.

ايامات اخواتك ورفقاتك اذا بدك تعطين مصاري بتفكر ١٠٠ مرة قبل ما تعمل الخطوة. 

بس على لينكدإن شخص ما بتعرفوا بيجي وبيعطيك مصاري مقابل خدمة، بلحظة… وأحيانا كتير من دون تفاوض او تفكير.

وما عم بحكي عن شخص متابعك وبيقرالك محتواك وبيتفاعل معك.

عم بحكي عن ناس شافوا بروفايلك مرة، او تعليقك (مرة) او منشور واحد الك (مرة) وحسموا قرارن بربع ثانية انن يشتغلوا معك، يشتروا منك، يدفعولك.

ما تقولولي مش صايرة معكن؟

صايرة معي كتير وحتى بأكبر الديلز!

مجنون لينكدإن وحياة الله مجنون!!!

مبارح نزل منشوري الساعة ١:٤٥ بعد نص ليل، بدل ما ينزل الساعة ٨ الصبح متل العادي.

أخطأت بالجدولة. 

هيدا الموضوع أثّر 0% على وصول المنشور والتفاعل معه.

السبت كنت عم بعطي استشارة لخبير بالمجال العقاري، وسألني اذا في وقت مفضل للنشر.

برأيي هيدا السؤال صار irrelevant على لينكدإن اكتر من اي وقت مضى.

قوة الوصول هي لموضوع المنشور والهوك والصورة الهوك. وبس.

اختياري لتكون نجمة الشمال لوغو شركتي قرار بعود الفضل في ل Manar Abunemeh 

مش لأن هي صممته، بس لأ هي ألهمته!

منار كانت من أوائل الأشخاص يللي بياخدوا معي ورشة عن لينكدإن.

ومن بعدها انطلقت بقوة على المنصة. 

وصرت المنتور تبعها للينكدإن وخارج لينكدإن بكل ما يتعلق بموضوع الشغل والعملا والتوجه…

فعلى عيد ميلادي سنة ٢٠٢٥، منار هديتني سنسال (عقد) دهبي فيه "نجمة الشمال"

تفاجئت! 

لما قريت الرسالة المرافقة للهدية كانت منار شارحتلي رمز الهدية:

لأني المدربة المرشدة يللي بترافق مدربينها برحلتن للنجاح على لينكدإن وخارج لينكدإن وبساعدن يحققوا أهدافن وذاتن…

فأنا متل نجمة الشمال بللي بيستعينوا فيها البحارة والباحثين ليعرفوا طريقن ووجهتن وخطواتن…

هيدا الاحساس وهيدي النظرة لمسوني وألهموني 
وقررت تكون نجمة الشمال لوغو شركتي

بدل ما ابتكر لوغو جديد يمكن ما يكون اله معنى ورمزية هالقد.
