It took me more than 12 years of experience in design, coding, and working with big companies to discover the secrets of creating websites that make money.

And then, something unexpected happened.

I discovered Webflow 🥁

I decided to break away from traditional coding. Walk away.

But, before I could. I had a hypothesis

I strongly believed that assisting others in creating websites without coding would be a valuable skill. That no-code tools would play a major part in the creative's future and my success.

So, in early 2018, I dedicated myself to mastering Webflow.

Now, as a business owner, I utilize Webflow to create inspirational digital products that help millions of people upskill and reskill.

Over the past 5 years, I have achieved remarkable milestones and accolades, including:

بناء الهُوية الشخصية الرقمية وتغيير المسار

- أكبر خطأ يرتكبه الكثير منا هو افتراض أنه إذا لم تكن لدينا خبرة ذات صلة ، فنحن لسنا مؤهلين للقيام بالشيء الذي نريد العمل به بعد ذلك. ليس هذا هو الحال. 
لديك مهارات، ولديك قدرة قيادية، ولديك إمكانات، ويمكنك التفكير في مهاراتك القابلة للتحويل والتحدث عنها وبيعها. 
كل شخص لديه مهارات قابلة للتحويل. إنها مهارات وقدرات تأتي إليك بشكل طبيعي ولا علاقة لها بتجربتك السابقة أو بما هو موجود في سيرتك الذاتية. 

بدأت مسيرتي المهنية كمعلم في أحد وديان جنوب سيناء يبعد 40 كم عن المدينة في طريق وعري داخل الجبل دون شبكة هاتف، ناهيك عن شبكة الإنترنت، ومن هناك انتقلت للعمل بأحد مشروعات المفوضية الأوروبية كأخصائي تطوير قدرات مؤسسية للمنظمات الأهلية ومدرب مهارات مرنة.
وعندما أجريت المقابلة من أجل الوظيفة، لم يكن لدي خبرة مناسبة لبيع نفسي. لم أدرس بناء القدرات المؤسسية أو الإدارة لم أكن خريج كلية من ثلاثة أحرف. لم أعمل في مجال التدريب أو الإدارة من قبل. 
لكنني قمت ببيع نفسي بناءً على مهاراتي القابلة للتحويل، وعلى قدرتي على رؤية الصورة الكبيرة وأن أكون مفكرًا استراتيجيًا. 
ثم وجدت اهتمامي الجديد وخبرتي في التدريب وإدارة الأعمال. 
وعندما وظفتني لاحقًا الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام، لم يكن ذلك لأنني امتلك الخبرة المطلوبة في مجال الإعلام أو أن لدي موهبة عبقرية في التقديم الإذاعي. ولم يكن ذلك بسبب أنني درست الإعلام أو حصلت على تدريب داخلي في قناة خاصة. 
كان ذلك بسبب امتلاكي للمهارات التي ستساعدني على النجاح في منظمة لا علاقة لها بتجربتي ذات الصلة.

وعندما عملت مه QualityUnit واحدة من أهم شركات البرمجيات في أوروبا كمطور أعمال على برنامج LiveAgent أول برنامج مكتب مساعدة لإدارة خدمة العملاء لم يكن لدي خبرة في البرمجيات أو حتى في خدمة العملاء.

كان السبب هو شغفي بالتعلم والتطور وامتلاكي للمهارات المرنة والمهارات القابلة للتحويل.

الآن قررت أن أنتقل بهذه المهارات القابلة للتحويل مرة أخرى لتحقيق شغفي في بناء الهُوية الشخصية ورغبتي في مساعدة المحترفين على بناء البراند الخاص بهم لتحقيق التميز والتحول إلى قادة رأي في مجال شغفهم، من خلال استراتيجيات علمية وطرق مجربة ومثبتة.
