Now, as a business owner, I utilize Webflow to create inspirational digital products that help millions of people upskill and reskill.

التوازن بين العمل والحياة؛ 

 مجرد كذبة! 🤥

نعم، كذبة.

لأن الحياة ليست ميزانًا متساوي الكفتين.
هي أقرب إلى مواسم.

أحيانًا يطلب العمل كل طاقتك،
وأحيانًا تحتاج حياتك الشخصية أو الروحية أن تأخذ المساحة الأكبر.

ومحاولة تحقيق توازن مثالي دائم غالبًا تنتهي بالشعور بالذنب في كل الاتجاهات.

الحقيقة الأقرب للواقع ليست التوازن🙅
بل التناغم.

أن تتحرك بمرونة مع إيقاع حياتك.

📊 تشير بعض الدراسات إلى أن أكثر من 60٪ من الموظفين يشعرون بالإرهاق بسبب محاولة الموازنة الصارمة بين العمل والحياة.

لكن عندما يتحول التفكير إلى تناغم بدلاً من توازن، يتغير كل شيء.

بعض الأفكار العملية:

1️⃣ تتبع وقتك

2️⃣ تقبّل المواسم
هناك مواسم ضغط في العمل، وأخرى أقل.
الذكاء ليس في المقاومة؛ بل في التكيف.

3️⃣ تخلّص من خوف فوات الفرص
لست مضطرًا لفعل كل شيء الآن.
قول "لا" أحيانًا هو ما يحفظ طاقتك للأهم.

وفي رمضان يتجلى هذا المعنى بوضوح…

قد يقصر بعضنا في العبادة بسبب ضغط العمل.
لكن الجميل في هذا الشهر أن الفرص لا تنتهي.

قال رسول الله ﷺ:
"تحرّوا ليلة القدر في العشر الأواخر من رمضان"

العشر الأواخر فرصة جديدة.

ربما لا تستطيع تغيير جدولك طوال الشهر،
لكن يمكنك أن تصنع تناغمًا مختلفًا في هذه الأيام:

• خفف بعض الأعمال
• حاول أخذ إجازة إن أمكن
• اجعل للعبادة وقتًا ثابتًا

لأن النجاح الحقيقي ليس في العمل فقط
بل في حياة متوازنة مع الله قبل كل شيء.
