I decided to break away from traditional coding. Walk away.

But, before I could. I had a hypothesis

I strongly believed that assisting others in creating websites without coding would be a valuable skill. That no-code tools would play a major part in the creative's future and my success.

So, in early 2018, I dedicated myself to mastering Webflow.

Now, as a business owner, I utilize Webflow to create inspirational digital products that help millions of people upskill and reskill.

• وضع خطط وأهداف لعملية إنتاج الفاكهة والزيتون حسب رؤيه ورسالة تادكو الإستراتيجية، والعمل على تحقيقها بإدارة فعالة للجودة والتكلفة.
• وضع أهداف إستراتيجية للعمل، وضع ميزانيات المرتبطة، ووضع خطه عمل لتنفيذ هذه الأهداف. 
• تقييم تنفيذ خطة العمل والتحسين المستمر عليها.

Production Manager

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• إشراف وإدارة مشروع إنتاج الزيتون وزيت الزيتون في الشركة.
• إشراف وإدارة عملية ترقيع وزراعة مواقع جديدة في مشروع الفاكهة.
• إشراف وإدارة عمليات التقليم والخف والحصاد لأشجار اللوزيات والتفّاحيات.
• إشراف وإدارة مشروع الحمضيات واللوزيات في منطقة التجارب لمشروع الفاكهة.
• إنشاء وإدارة وإنتاج مشروع محور فاكهة اللوزيات والتين بالشركة.
• إشراف وإدارة مشروع النخيل ومشروع الكومبست (Compost).
