I ​am a global technology executive with over 20 years of experience. I am currently Director of Software Engineering at Amazon, leading the Access Management Systems space within Amazon Security.

Ever since I stepped into my first managerial role, more than a decade ago, I quickly realized the profound impact strong leadership has on individuals, teams, and organizations. From that moment, I made it my mission to empower others in their leadership journeys, guiding them to reach new heights in their careers.

I also have a keen interest in collecting fragrances, working out with a focus on strength training, and all things food—from learning about it and exploring new cuisines to preparing dishes and hosting gatherings.

Self-belief, self-confidence, emotional intelligence, and leadership are not optional skills for children, they are essential. Yet too often, children’s mental health is taken for granted, especially in a world shaped by constant technological and AI-driven change.

My commitment to this work comes from lived experience.

As a child and student, school was challenging for me. Beyond academics, I navigated family challenges, environmental pressures, and emotional difficulties that deeply affected my confidence and sense of belonging. I experienced anxiety, periods of depression, and struggles with eating disorders, which left me feeling unseen and unsupported. After primary school, I made a conscious decision to change, to become a better student and to take responsibility for my growth. That decision became the foundation for rebuilding my self-belief.

Taekwondo became a powerful turning point in my life. Through more than 15 years of training, I developed discipline, resilience, emotional regulation, and leadership. It taught me how to develop a mindset of empowerment—learning to lead myself with control, respect, and compassion before leading others.

Today, with over 22 years of experience as an educator and martial arts trainer, I combine education, Taekwondo, and emotional intelligence to help children and teens build self-confidence, strengthen their mindset, and navigate modern challenges with clarity. Through my Lead With Love approach, I support parents and teachers in guiding young people through an AI-driven world, where technology evolves faster than emotional maturity.

In an age of speed, algorithms, and constant comparison, human skills matter more than ever. Leading with love ensures children grow with confidence, emotional awareness, and ethical leadership, so technology becomes a tool, not a threat.
