As a Senior Business Development Manager of Agora’s Blockchain division, I am responsible for ensuring success throughout the entire project cycle of our blockchain events. My highest priorities include: 

•	Leading the blockchain department’s sales and administration teams
•	Communicating our value proposition to potential sponsors
•	Reaching out to key participants such as speakers and investors
•	Liaising with event partners to achieve synergistic relationships

I am also responsible for all “on the ground” activities at the event, including pairing projects with investors and ensuring our one-on-one meetings run as smooth as possible.
