By highlighting deficiencies within departments, motivating the sales and operations teams, and providing both criticism and reward to my fellow colleagues, I strive to keep the office working at maximum efficiency. 

As a liaison for senior management, I am also a focal point for communication between corporate divisions. Besides my individual responsibilities as a sales manager, I ensure the goals set by senior management are clearly received by both our sales and operation teams and that these teams have the required support to meet and exceed these goals.
