My biggest marketing mistake?

Not sending enough emails

I've spent YEARS wondering what nurture emails to send to leads, how I should personalize them for different buyers, and how to sequence them most effectively

I've planned SOP-style emails, customer-centred emails, behavioural emails, "claim your account" emails

I've created 10+ nurture sequences for different ICPs

But this was all over thinking

Nurture emails have one goal: remind people you exist

Everything else is a nice to have

So I've decided to stop thinking about what to write, and start hitting send

I used to run a music website that compared pop stars with potatoes

Now I spend most my day writing quite-nice sales and marketing assets assisted by AI

I want to capture some of the silliness and weirdness of my past

Who out there is sharing audacious, ridiculous marketing in the B2B space?

We're doing $1million ARR with 3 people

But now I am looking for the fourth

I want the marketer that can work alongside me and help take Senja from $1,000,000 -> $2,000,000 ARR

I'm personally working on product and lifecycle marketing

So I want the person that will do customer-centred marketing

Collaborating with partners, educating sign ups, reaching out to dream customers

Where do you find this type of person?

My instinct is that I need to head hunt them and this person won't come to me

After all these years, I still struggle with an empty canvas.

I’m currently rebuilding Open Doors from scratch and fully vibe coding it. And every time I need to spin up a new page, I hit the same wall:

What sections do I actually need? What’s the right structure? How should 
this flow?

Not the visuals. The structure.

That cold start problem can easily eat half a day.

So this time, I tried something different.

I used Relume to generate the first structured version of my newsletter landing page.

I described what I needed. It gave me a full layout with real sections and usable copy. I refined it. Applied my brand. Exported it.

Ten minutes later, I had a solid foundation to build on.

From there, I could focus on the part that actually matters to me: refining the interactions, tightening the hierarchy, making it feel like Open Doors.

That’s the real value for me.

Relume doesn’t replace design. It removes the slow, repetitive structural iteration at the beginning.

And if I were starting a freelance project tomorrow, this is exactly how I’d kick things off.

It can generate full sitemaps and multi-page sites too. I just used it for a single page this time.
